Monte Carlo Inn Vaughan Suites

I like the location (not too much traffic), size of the hotel and staff were very friendly.

They offered the coupon for free breakfast upgrade however the breakfast and coupon deal are very confusing, you have to ask to get clarification and then there is still a charge on some of the items.

My roomwas well equipped and very large and bright.

Restraunt was very expencive and the service was painfully slow. Breakfast was laughable.

The continental breakfast is excellent and is complimentary.

We were very pleased that we were able to stay late in the morning even though we missed checkout at 11am.

I had booked a two night stay and towels were taken in the morning of the second day but no new towels were replenished. We attended a wedding the night before and got back very late wanting to wash up and there were no towels. I had to use tissues to dry my hands and face.

The location was very convenient.

I would have expected better service seeing that I paid for a suite.When we first arrived at the hotel we had quite a few bags with us and had to go look for a cart ourselves , load the bags and than take them upstairs.No one came to offer any help! Seeing that my boyfriend parked the car, he wasn't too happy when he saw that I was lugging the bags by myself. Fortunately he's not one for causing a scene.Other than that we just found the gym quite small.The Manager was very accomodating in allowing an early check-in.

Room was a better quality than I expected. Booked.net got me a reasonable rate which was $35 less than booking directly with MCInn.

No shuttle service. Very dry air. Way too many staff for the number of guests and they looked bord because they were bumping into each other.

It was handy to get to from my office. The room I satyed in (407) was quiet compared to other stays that I've had in other hotels.

I found the bed a liittle too firm for my liking.

Proximity to 407...and bass pro shop and restaurants and other shopping.

Weak coffee.....no other problems

The room was very clean and the jacuzzi was perfect. If we were in town for shopping the location was also excellent.

I wouldn't say I didn't like the restaurant ,but the atmosphere was flat. The decor was dark , it didn't feel warm or inviting. The staff was friendly enough.

The breakfast is too modest. Even the resturant decoration is out of date.

We had a wedding for the evening and stayed at the Monte Carlo, we had a beautiful large room , comfy bed and buffet breakfast was included, Just need a new toaster that quicker, quite the lineup for the use of the toaster.

The rooms were well kept and very clean. Checking was very easy and organized.

Check out times should be much later considering check-in times are so late.

There was a fire alarm at the hotel during our stay. The hotel staff were not helpful in telling us what to do, or keeping us informed. One staff member was going to take the elevator to the top floor to tell the guests there - certainly not the correct approach. I would suggest that the hotel staff receive some emrgency training in fire safety. Otherwise we really enjoyed the hotel, and its restaurant.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and a good value for the money. Internet was easy to access and reliable.

My room was just a room. It was a good room, but it was not a suite.
